Storytelling | Photography | Conservation Professional

About Me

I am a skilled storyteller, photographer, and conservation professional passionate about regenerative practice and leaning into idealism as a path toward progress. My writing and photography focus on the intersection of community, conservation, culture, and history and have been published in Atlas Obscura, Rewilding Magazine, bioGraphic, Nautilus, and others.

The common thread through my work is a deep interest in finding greater harmony between human and nature’s needs, whether through working lands, livelihoods, or community-based natural resource management. With my background in conservation and economic development research, regenerative agriculture, and philanthropy, I bring a unique interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving that energizes the stories I tell and the projects I manage.

In my work, I focus on driving solutions and stories forward with a vision for what is possible. With so much focus on problems and crises, we often overlook that we are reacting to the world as it is rather than cultivating the world we want to see. By ensuring that how we do the work—not just what work we do—reflects regenerative and resilient values, we can create ripples of impact through the nested systems we are part of.
